Honey cake for 8 March, finally

I know, 8 March was two weeks ago. I made Gulmira apa's honey cake only now because on the 8th Aruuke had a fever and I was a different kind of cook that day. Eight thin layers, the cream of sour cream and sugar, one night in the cold. Dastan ate three pieces standing at the open fridge and said it was "okay". That means very good.

Ainura, one night is the minimum. Two nights is better. Do not let your husband in the kitchen on the second night, I know these men.
Gulmira apa, too late, the cake is gone. I will remember for next time. Rahmat.
