Hospital Boulevard at 1:40. The snow is blue under the lamps. The district clinics are far, the roads are bad, and old people come to us with problems that have been growing for three months. A woman today told me: "I did not want to be a nuisance." Be a nuisance! That is what we are here for!!
I am so tired I am writing with exclamation marks. Goodnight.
