Bazaar or supermarket?
I bought the same basket of food at the Bazar-i Kalan and at a Bereke for eight weeks. The answer is "it depends on the onion".

The basket: bread, milk, eggs, rice, onions, potatoes, carrots, mutton, sunflower oil, tea, sugar. Eight Saturdays, same list.
The bazaar won on vegetables and meat every week, sometimes by a lot. The supermarket won on oil, tea and sugar every week, by a little. Eggs and milk changed sides depending on the season. If you shop for a family of five, the bazaar is still cheaper overall. If you shop for one and value your Saturday morning, Bereke wins.
What surprised me: the bazaar sellers gave me better prices from the third week. Being known is worth money. No supermarket card does that.
