Hi! I'm Beth. I'm 38 and I grew up outside Dayton, Ohio. In August 2005 my husband Mark (a civilian engineer, power systems, with one of the contractors on the base) took a posting at Talas Air Base and we moved the whole family: me, Mark, Sam (10) and Lily (7).
We live at Cottonwood Estates, on the west side of Talas. I homeschool both kids at the kitchen table. I started this blog so my sister Jen, my mom and the church ladies back home can see what we're doing without a 40-minute phone call at 3 a.m. their time.
Our DSL is from Attelkom, which is how I got a blog. (Kündölük is free if you have an Attelkom account. Free! Nobody told me.)
