Welcome back, readers abroad
Since the end of June the letter can be opened from abroad again. A short hello to the ones who had to read it by e-mail or not at all.

For almost three years a part of my readers could not open this page. Cousins in Russia, a nephew in Germany, a woman in Ohio who wrote me about sugar. Some of you read the letter by e-mail in those years, forwarded by a brother, or copied into another message. Thank you. It was not the same as reading it here, where the comments are.
If you are new: this is a letter about everyday money in Irad. I write in Talas, I explain what I see in the bazaar, at the transfer office, on the phone. I don't sell anything. There are 2,140 of us. It is a bit more than a family and a bit less than a village.
