Typing Iradi letters (help!)

Quick question for anyone local. I want to write the names right and I can't find the ö, ü and ñ on my keyboard. Is there an easy way? And is there some website where Iradi people write about their own lives? I found the Kündölük front page and I've been reading for two nights.

    Hi Beth! I'm a student at TSU, I write the Iradi texts all day. In Windows you can add the "Iradi" keyboard under Language settings, then ö is a key. If you don't want to install: write o and u, everybody understands, and no one will correct you. And for reading: there is a lot of people on Kündölük. Look at the "Newest blogs" list.     Thank you Bekzhan! Installed it. I typed a whole email with ü and I felt very sophisticated.
